HELP!! I CAN'T DECIDE WHICH MATERIAL TO ORDER MY DROP ON! here are the differences, pros and cons for you. They are all excellent quality, so you can't go wrong!

***PLEASE NOTE*** :

Due to proper packaging for shipment, we are unable to ship backdrops with mat floors. They will arrive to you separately.

Fleece backdrops have a fair amount of bleed involved during the printing process which can lead to small areas of the graphic missing.  

Fabric

Our fabric is a beautiful choice! It's wrinkle-resistant, soft and stretchy. It is lightweight, easy to hang with the built-in pole pocket, and easy to store, which makes it a must-have for busy studios or on-location photography. You can use fabric for sweeps or even strech it over your bean bags for newborn photography.

To hang: use the built-in pole pocket, clamps, tape, or magnets.

To store: can be folded, wadded up, or hung.

Care instructions: Fabric is washable. We recommend washing it with like colors, tumble drying on low heat, or hanging to dry. To remove wrinkles, use a hand steamer, do not iron.

Fleece

Our fleece material is absolutely lovely. It is soft, thick and absorbs light beautifully. It is wrinkle resistant, so it will travel well and store easily.

To hang: use clamps, tape or magnets.

To store: can be folded, wadded up, or hung.

Care Instructions: Fleece is washable. We recommend washing it with like colors on a delicate cycle, tumble drying on low heat, or hanging to dry. To remove wrinkles, simply hang it the night before your shoot, or use a hand steamer. Do not iron.

PLEASE NOTE:::

Due to the nature of fleece, there may be slight imperfections on your printed backdrop. This material pills easily which can leave small white spots on the final product. These white spots are very minimal and will not impact your final image on camera. Fleece backdrops have a fair amount of bleed involved during the printing process which can lead to small areas of the graphic missing.  

Lunara

Our Lunara material has an ultra-matte surface that diffuses light effortlessly, giving you clean and professional results for your studio portraits, editorial work, and more. It comes in all sizes that Intuition offers, including sweeps.

It's thin and lightweight with an innovative rubber-backed design that blocks unwanted light or objects from showing through the backdrop. With this backing, your sweeps will also have a much easier time staying still, which makes Lunara ideal for full body portraits or even action shots. You may still use tape to help the backdrop stay in place on the floor.

It rolls out with ease, making setup and storage effortless both in-studio and on location.

To hang: use clamps or magnets.

To store: Store upright, rolled smooth and tight on the core provided.

Care instructions: Lunara cannot be folded or washed in a washing machine. It can be spot cleaned with a mild soap. We suggest cleaning it immediately after spillage. You can use a hand steamer on the front side to remove light wrinkling or creasing. Heavy fold lines may be more difficult to get out, so avoid letting your backdrop fold for long periods of time.

Mat Floors

Our mat floors have a fabric top and rubber bottom. They lay in place perfectly and are super durable. With a no-slip backing, they can be used for anything from portraits to cake smashes. They print beautifully matte with no glare.

To hang: use clamps or magnets.

To store: Roll and secure your mat floors so that they don't bend. Store upright for best results.

Care instructions: Mat floors are extremely durable! They can be cleaned with a lint roller, vaccuum, spot cleaned or even power washed to make your mat floor look brand new.

Items labeled "stock" are already printed, therefore they will ship quicker than items labeled "deal". "Deal" items must be printed and will take a bit longer to ship.

We cannot provide a cart hold, so we suggest checking out as quickly as possible and going back for more. We can combine orders and refund all extra shipping costs, but you must contact our customer service team at heretohelp@intuitionbackgrounds.com for us to do that :)

CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Once an order is placed it’s automatically sent to our production team. This allows us to keep orders moving quickly and efficiently for quick turn times. Unfortunately, we are not able to halt the system for cancellations. 

We recommend checking your product as soon as it arrives. You have 72 hours after delivery to contact our customer service team with any issues with your order, this includes damaged and/or missing items. If the product is damaged during shipping and there is a signed statement from the shipping company that it was received in good condition, this will void any ability to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Images of damaged merchandise, packaging and shipping label need to accompany client notification to customer service for further review.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase and would like to return for store credit, there is a 25% restocking fee that will apply. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the undamaged item.

**Please Note**

In-use photos that we have on our website may be edited by the photographers and are there to give a general idea of what the design will look like in-use. Colors on in-use images will vary due to the photographers editing and props they used that we do not provide.

We do not allow adjustments or combination of orders after an order has been in processing for 24 hours. If you have ordered within the 24 hour limit, please email us at heretohelp@intuitionbackgrounds.com and we would love to help!

What size is best for newborns?

The 5x4 size is perfect for the newborns.

 To-Go Packs were designed with newborns in mind and are absolutely perfect for down shots . It is a pack of 6 smaller sized backdrops. There are 2 size options available 3x2.5 and 4x3.

What size is best for toddlers or cake smash?

When getting into the toddlers and smaller children, most go with a 7x5 size.

What size is best for multiple kiddos?

I would suggest the medium 7x5, 8x8 or 9x7! Any more children than that, you will probably need to check into our larger sizes.

What size is best for adults, family and fine art portraits?

We suggest our larger sizes 9x7 and up. the larger sizes are only available in our Canvas, Ulta Pro and Fabric materials. Our sizes are listed as WxH so be sure to keep that in mind when considering the size you need!

Do you do custom orders/prints?

Due to variations in sizes and materials from our suppliers, it is not uncommon for backdrops and flooring to not be EXACT to the inch. Expect slight variations in sizes due to cuts, materials, etc.

These are minor differences and will not affect your photography.

Color may vary slightly depending on material. If you are planning to use the same design together, we recommend ordering the same material to ensure a perfect match.

This SMS message program is a service of Intuition. By providing your cell phone number, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS/MMS cart reminders, sale notices, etc) from Intuition. These messages include text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. You give Intuition permission to send text messages to the enrolled cell phone number through your wireless phone carrier, unless and until you end permission per these Terms & Conditions. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message & data rates may apply.

Cancellation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE MESSAGING PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER OF Intuition OR ANY PARTY ACTING ON BEHALF OF Intuition BE LIABLE FOR: (A) ANY CLAIMS, PROCEEDINGS, LIABILITIES, OBLIGATIONS, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR COSTS IN AN AGGREGATE AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Intuition HEREUNDER OR $100.00; OR (B) ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES. YOU AGREE EVEN IF Intuition HAS BEEN TOLD OF POSSIBLE DAMAGE OR LOSS ARISING OR RESULTING FROM OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE Intuition MESSAGING PROGRAM. Intuition AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DELAYS OR NON-DELIVERY IN THE TRANSMISSION OF MESSAGES.

Indemnity

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Intuition, its directors, officers, employees, servants, agents, representatives, independent contractors and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, actions, causes of action, costs, expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, judgments or penalties of any kind or nature arising from or in relation to the these Messaging Terms or your receipt of text messages from Intuition or its service providers.

Dispute Resolution

General. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in any way related to these Messaging Terms or your receipt of text messages from Intuition or its service providers whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory, and regardless of when a dispute or claim arises will be resolved by binding arbitration. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, BY AGREEING TO THESE MESSAGING TERMS, YOU AND Intuition ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION AND THAT THESE MESSAGING TERMS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO AND GOVERNED BY ARBITRATION.

Exceptions. Notwithstanding subsection (a) above, nothing in these Messaging Terms will be deemed to waive, preclude, or otherwise limit the right of you or Intuition to: (i) bring an individual action in small claims court; (ii) pursue an enforcement action through the applicable federal, state, or local agency if that action is available; (iii) seek injunctive relief in aid of arbitration from a court of competent jurisdiction; or (iv) file suit in a court of law to address an intellectual property infringement claim.

Arbitrator. Any arbitration between you and Intuition will be governed by the JAMS, under the Optional Expedited Arbitration Procedures then in effect for JAMS, except as provided herein. JAMS may be contacted at www.jamsadr.com. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this binding arbitration agreement.

No Class Actions. YOU AND Intuition AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, unless both you and Intuition agree otherwise in a signed writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. You agree that, by agreeing to these Messaging Terms, you and Intuition are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding of any kind.

No Class Actions. YOU AND Intuition AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, unless both you and Intuition agree otherwise in a signed writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Modifications to this Arbitration Provision. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Messaging Terms, if Intuition makes any future change to this arbitration provision, you may reject the change by sending us written notice within 30 days of the change to Intuition’s contact information provided in the “Contact Us” section below, in which case this arbitration provision, as in effect immediately prior to the changes you rejected, will continue to govern any disputes between you and Intuition.

Enforceability. If any provision of these Messaging Terms is found to be unenforceable, the applicable provision shall be deemed stricken and the remainder of these Messaging Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to the Messaging Terms

We reserve the right to change these Messaging Terms or cancel the messaging program at any time. By using and accepting messages from Intuition after we make changes to the Messaging Terms, you are accepting the Messaging Terms with those changes. Please check these Messaging Terms regularly.

Entire Agreement/Severability

These Messaging Terms, together with any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with us in connection herewith, will constitute the entire agreement between you and Intuition concerning the Messaging Program.
