Questions & Answers
What condition does the drop need to be in to send back?
We have two conditions that we will accept back:
Excellent condition - perfect as if it was never used
Good condition - can have very small pin holes from hanging drop, maybe a slight bend only in corner, or a little mark on drop that hardly noticeable when photographed
Can I return my mat floor?
Not currently, but we hope in the near future!
How many can I send back and how do I package them?
Poly, Dream Weave, & Canvas Drops NEED to be shipped back in a tube and you can send back as many as you can fit in the tube without damaging them and make sure ends are taped securely.
Fabrics you can ship back as many as you can fit in the box!
What happens if my package arrives damaged?
If your drop(s) arrive damaged, we will contact you with pictures for you to file a claim with the shipping company that delivered.
What happens if my drop is in lesser condition?
If your drop is not in at least good condition, we will let you know how much credit we can give you based on the condition of your drop(s). If you do not accept the amount of credit we offer, it’s your responsibility to send us a return label to have shipped back to you.
What carrier do we need to use to ship back?
You can ship whichever carrier you like!
How long does it take to receive my gift card once the drop arrives?
We will contact you within 1 week after your drop(s) arrive
What items do you accept back in this program and how much credit do I get back?

Can my gift card be used with discount codes or reward points?
Yes, they sure can! You enter them in the same location when checking out but it will take both gift card and one discount code or reward discount.
